WALC – a new future of walking arts
Walking Arts & Local Communities (WALC) is an artistic cooperation project, co-funded by the European Union, establishing an International Center for Artistic Research and Practice of Walking Arts, backed up by an online counterpart in the format of a digital platform for walking arts. The project leans strongly on involving local inhabitants, and on engaging with local activists.

Salt Drawing
A geographic system of triangles and circles doubling in size is created in the Bonneville Salt Flats to record the arch of the sunset on the summer solstice.
It took four days of labor to draw the diagram, and one day to draw the arch of the solstice. All labor was done by the artist and the recording was done with a drone.

Unlocking Touch is a participatory binaural (audio) experience, designed for listeners to encounter in their own homes. The piece journeys through Mary’s story and experience of lockdown which centres around different aspects of touch.
