From the Yorkshire Dales to the Moon

Conceived and hosted by our Writer-in-Residence, poet Lydia Kennaway, this is the third instalment of ‘Footloose’, a monthly online event using the subject of walking as way to explore our inner landscapes. Lydia will read poems from her pamphlet, A History of Walking, and will talk to poets and other writers about words and walking. In April, her guest is Emma Storr who will read poems from Offcumdens, a book of poetry with photographs by Bob Hamilton. There will be trips to the Yorkshire Dales and to the moon before Lydia and Emma talk about the spaces shared by their work.

Discover more about Emma Storr from her website or listen in to this Radio interview in which Lydia chats with Emma and Bob Hamilton.

Order a copy of “A History of Walking” and “Offcumdens” from our bookshelf.
