Author and academic Kerri Andrews talks to Cheryl Markosky about her new book, Way Makers – An Anthology of Women's Writing about Walking in this one-hour writer's salon. Remarkably, Way Makers is the first anthology of women's writing about walking, with extracts from writers' letters, diaries, poetry and novels.

WALC – a new future of walking arts
Walking Arts & Local Communities (WALC) is an artistic cooperation project, co-funded by the European Union, establishing an International Center for Artistic Research and Practice of Walking Arts, backed up by an online counterpart in the format of a digital platform for walking arts. The project leans strongly on involving local inhabitants, and on engaging with local activists.

24 hrs of biodiversity in Adelaide’s south eastern parklands
Local residents Bronwin Patrickson and Matt Zonca guide you through 24 hours of sights, sounds, happenings, mishaps, and serendipitous encounters, all recorded in and around parks 16 (Victoria/Pakapankanthi) and 17 (Carriageway/Tuthangga) in the south eastern corner of Adelaide's parklands.

Walking the Line
Participants were invited to start to walk as if to their homes, following as straight a line as possible.
Prompts were given that predetermined stopping and reflective points based on Fibonacci sequences.
As artists came from Australia, the USA, Greece and the UK, their routes led off in very different directions.
