WALC – a new future of walking arts
Walking Arts & Local Communities (WALC) is an artistic cooperation project, co-funded by the European Union, establishing an International Center for Artistic Research and Practice of Walking Arts, backed up by an online counterpart in the format of a digital platform for walking arts. For the Sake of a Single Poem: a Benedictine monk’s meditations on Rilke
Beginning with a reading of Rilke's "For the Sake of a Single Poem", before a statue of a young monastic, Benedict, sequential echoes utilize space and place to weave together spoken and musical meditations on Rilke's take on creativity and loss.
