Walking piece details
In Soundscape and Wellbeing I explain our relationship with soundscape quoting Murray Schafer and mention a research from the University of Sussex, 2017 that relates soundscape and wellbeing. I also mention the pandemic period we’re living in and the importance to listen to the sounds from nature so we can understand that we’re going on the wrong path and take action to change. Along with my voice, I inserted some sounds I recorded in my backyard and some from the BBC Sound FX Library.
