Opening all the senses, sinking into the wild array of rhythms, time—from deep to lightning quick—perspectives, space—near to far and everything in between. This walkshop is about shadow and sound, and how the breeze may shift your perception of distance and color. Capturing a moment and sharing it multiplies personal enjoyment of the amazing wealth of experience every landscape holds.
Part 1: Be led through a menu of mini ‘scores’: playful, somatic awareness games that focus and hone awareness of the endless ways that time, light, shadow, sound, scent, touch come together, pass by, overlap and fall away in a never-ending series of ‘found’ performances.
Part 2: In pairs, co-create “instant installations,” highlighting, framing and focusing attention on your favorite found and everyday performances in the landscape.
Part 3: Collective tour of the pop-up ‘museum’ of installations

Participants: 20
