Want to get to know London through its parks? Join a Walk that takes in the Parks of central London.
Starting at Green Park we will walk through Mayfair and John Nash territory, taking in Berkeley Square, Mount Street Gardens, Grosvenor Square, Portman Square, Paddington Street Gardens, Regent’s Park then climb Primrose Hill for a view of London.
The walk covers about 5 miles and will take about 2 hours, finishing at Swiss Cottage Open Space where we hope cherry trees are in blossom.
Accompanied children and dogs free – but the dogs have to be kept on a lead, and not bother other participants.
Where possible we try to choose an accessible route.
Meeting place: Green Park tube station, south side by gateway to Green Park
Take the tube: Jubilee, Victoria, Piccadilly lines Date & time: Sunday April 14th 2024, 1 pm
Distance: 5.8 miles End point: Swiss Cottage Sports Centre
Cost: £8 early bird (upto 15 tickets) / £12 thereafter, per adult walker
